Controls 7/10
The controls aren’t that great though. Since the PSP doesn’t have the “L2” or “R2” shoulder buttons, it makes the controls more complex. So there’s no thanks to rotate faster any more. Also, since there aren’t 2 analog sticks on the PSP, you’re getting to hate the camera controls. once you are skating, you’ve got to use the directional pad to skate and the analog nub to vary the camera view. once you are walking, you’ll use the directional pad or the analog nub to walk around but if you would like to vary the camera view, you’ve got to carry down the O then move the analog nub! That gets very annoying if you’re wont to the Playstation 2 controls.

This game features a story mode and a classic mode! The story mode has numerous unlockables, you’ll be playing this game for an extended time. there’s also 4 new levels for story mode exclusively for the PSP and that they are HUGE and really creative. Classic mode may be a game mode that has an equivalent kind of goals that were within the “THPS” series. Most goals are “Collect S-K-A-T-E”, “Fnd the Hidden Secret Tape”, “Collect C-O-M-B-O”, or “High Score”. Both game modes will supply you with many game time.

The big soundtrack from THUG 2 is during this game also . There are many various songs. The songs are pretty good too. Everything within the game sounds realistic also and the voices are from the important skaters like Bam Margera, Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen etc.

This game has three difficulties so you might want to finish all three difficulties as a challenge and to unlock such a lot more stuff. you’ll unlock characters, cheats, and levels just by completing a classic/story mode on any difficulty and every difficulty has different unlockables too. whenever you play through this game is not any different than the last time you beat it unless you’re playing a special difficulty so it’d get a little boring but that’s alright.
